Walking days together in the evening smokes,Blackened hands and a couple of chocked throats,
All i see around is the burning cokes..here and everywhere ..dim eyes and cold hearts,
All i dream of is the open sky..a white collar is now a far away dream,
The flowing water,birds chirping ..the flowers and the sunshine..ask not what more i have lost,
My childhood..my family.. where do i belong?
I too had a home..my school,my family, my life and my mother..oh yes..my beautiful mother..
I had things those belonged only to me..i had a life..a beautiful life for which i did not have to pay,
Going to school..muddy shoes and playing in water..yes water,that was fun ..
Water that gave life..dreams, and water that took away all my dreams, friends and my life..
washed, drenched my home..all that was mine ..my mother..
All that is with me are those beautiful memories..moments of the past,
.. and a beating heart .. a glimpse of all the beauties we have but never respect ..
And water.. yes the pain in my eyes !
